I wanted to take a minute and thank you for your asistance with restoring our deleted files recently. Your response was immediate and as always, you were able to remedy the situation. I wish I could elaborate intelligently on just what the problem and the solution were, but as you know, I am totally clueless. All I know is that you are always there when I frantically contact you with a computer or phone problem. Because of your total knowledge of our systems, you are able to ask the right questions and and are able to determine what exactly the problem is. I truly appreciate the time you spend explaining the problem and then the solution. Even though you know my understanding of computers is very limited, you still take the time. Thank you for always being there to assist us and for you helpful and pleasent manner.
